Employees are responsible for fully following emergency related instructions provided by Security, EHS, management, and designees at all times, and responding to AeroElerts when received. Management is responsible for accounting for their employees.
AGO and CHA
- In the event of an evacuation, Aerospace managers, contractor/supplier points of contact, or designees are responsible for ensuring all employees are accounted for.
- Once determined that an employee is missing, management/designee must immediately notify the SCC and await additional instructions.
COS
- In the case of an emergency, all employees are to meet at the 2-mustering areas (one on the west side of the parking lot outside of COS-1 and the other on the Southside parking lot of COS-2).
- Once at the mustering stations, employees will need to scan their badge at the card reader.
- Once scanned, security will run a report to see which employees are not accounted for.
- The accountability personnel will immediately notify Security and SCC, and follow guidance provided upon the notification of missing personnel.
ABQ, CRY, CCSFB, GB, HOU, HSV
- In the event of an evacuation and upon notification of missing employees, contractors, visitors, or suppliers, the building coordinator or accountability monitor will immediately notify Security and SCC, and follow guidance provided.
VSFB
- In the event of an evacuation, Aerospace employees will gather at their designated Initial Assembly Point (IAP) and seek out VSSO and / or designee.
- VSSO will conduct roll call and notify facility manager if any Aerospace employees are missing.
- As necessary, Aerospace employee managers, SCC, and emergency services will be notified.
